I will add much, much more to this post shortly but if you can get your hands on some Goose Island Bourbon County Stout, do yourself a very, very big favour - buy everything you can see!

Ditto for the Matilda and Pere Jacques. I was fortunate enough to brunch at Goose Island at least once a week for 7 years and was let in on a lot of the beer previews, which included the BC stout. If I remember correctly, Pere Jacques was originally called Blue.
